What a fabulous week this has been! I absolutely LOVE Halloween and am so excited that it's on a Friday this year :) Today I'm linking up with Doodle Bugs Teaching for Five For Friday and also with Old School Speech for the Week in Review. Yay!
This week we have been doing so many great things in my speech room:
Of course we've been reading Room on the Broom, by Julia Donaldson ALL week long (and a little of last week too!) We've also been using the book companion that I made to go along with it. You can grab that in my TpT shop here.
I've also been using my Fall Print and Go Language and Articulation Packs. They have been super helpful during this busy week. I love the two monsters below!
Pumpkins are everywhere! My students have enjoyed making pumpkins this week :) As you can see there is quite the variety! One idea is from Crazy Speech World- LOVE it! We used the pumpkins for all types of goals- articulation words, synonyms, antonyms, multiple meaning words, etc.
Another book that my students have loved this week (and last!) is the book What was I Scared of, by Dr. Seuss. I found this great book in the app store for $1. It's certainly been a hit!
And one last thing- my husband and I took a trip with friends to the mountains last weekend. We really got to enjoy the fall weather in all it's glory :)
Be sure and check out Doodle Bugs Teaching and Old School Speech for other great weekly reviews!
Happy Halloween!!!!
